Geology 415/515 Endowment
To keep providing quality, affordable geology field trips, we need your help! We are trying to build an endowment for our field courses that allows Illinois geology students to see the best rocks in the world! This fund is being matched up to $150,000, so your contribution counts double!
Geology Field Camp Support Fund
Donations are made available for current use to help Illinois Geology students attend Field Camp.
Ralph Langenheim Undergraduate Scholarship Fund
An endowment established in 2021 to fund scholarships for Geology majors.
Donations to the fund will be matched one-to-one until August 6th, 2022!
R. James Kirkpatrick Graduate Student Award Fund
An endowment established in 2021 in memory of Jim Kirkpatrick (PhD ’72), a former faculty member, department head, and alumni achievement award recipient. The fund supports an annual award to a top Geology graduate student selected based on their performance on thesis or dissertation-related research accomplishments.
Geo Thrust Unrestricted Fund
Donations are made available for current use, to provide unrestricted support for the Department of Earth Science & Environmental Change.
