Hi! I am a first-year master's student as of Fall 2024. My pronouns are they/them/theirs. I work with Dr. Alison Anders researching fluvial, lacustrine, and glacial dynamics. My favorite academic subjects are math, physics, history, classic literature, and science. I chose to pursue a master's degree because of my natural curiosity for how things work and I plan to begin my PhD after I graduate. 

As for my non-academic hobbies, I am an avid reader and musician. I play bass guitar and I enjoy many different genres of music. My favorite author is Fyodor Dostoyevsky.
